Sayings of The Holy Prophet A believer is innocent and noble, and a kafir is cunning and wretched (Mishkat)A Mu'min is gullible, inexperienced and simple as far as the affairs of this world is concerned. Hence it may be possible for people to deceive the Mu’min, unlike the kafir who is shrewd and sly and this in turns makes him wretched, evil and devious. However, as far as the hereafter is concerned the Mu’min is very alert and experienced and does everything possible to improve his aakhirat. Oppression will be layers of darkness on the day of Judgment (Bukhari)The oppression and injustice committed in this world will appear as thick layers of darkness on Qiyamat day, which will bode evil for the perpetrator. For such a person there will be no Noor or light. Some have said that these layers of darkness represent the string of hardships that such an oppressor faces on the day of Judgment. |
