Sayings of The Holy Prophet
sallallahu alayhi wasallam
If Allah
loves a
servant [of
His] He
calls Hazrat
Jibraeel (alayhis
salaam) and
says: I
love so-and-so,
therefore you
too, love
him. He
(Rasulullah
sallallahu alayhi
wasallam) said:
So Hazrat
Jibraeel (alayhis
salaam) starts
to love
him. Then
Hazrat Jibraeel
(alayhis salaam)
calls out
in heavens,
saying: Allah
loves so-and-so,
therefore, you
all love
him. So
the inhabitants
of the
heavens start
loving him.
He (Rasulullah
sallallahu alayhi
wasallam) said:
Then acceptance
is established
for him
on earth.
And if
Allah abhors
a servant
[of His],
He calls
Hazrat Jibraeel
(alayhis salaam)
and says:
I abhor
so-and-so, therefore,
abhor him.
So Hazrat
Jibraeel (alayhis
salaam) abhors
him. Then
Hazrat Jibraeel
(alayhis salaam)
calls out
to the
inhabitants
of heaven:
Allah abhors
so-and-so, therefore,
abhor him.
He (Rasulullah
sallallahu alayhi
wasallam) said:
So they
abhor him,
and abhorrence
is established
for him
on earth.
